INTRODUCTION
MI SECURE recognizes the impact we make on society, the economy and the world we live in. We seek to make a positive difference in the place we operate and aim to be good citizens supporting the community in which we are a part of.
MI SECURE has defined a Corporate Responsibility Policy that describes our approach in relation to how we treat our employees, development of relationships with business partners and organizations and above all that we are a safe organization dedicated to conducting our business in accordance with the highest moral, legal and ethical standards.
As a major Data Destruction Company, MI SECURE wishes to demonstrate excellence and fairness in providing flexible solutions for our customers. In doing this, we recognize the impact of our activities on the environment and the people with whom we do business.
In accordance with this strategy, we also encourage our business partners, suppliers and customers to take a similar and proactive approach. We all share a responsibility for ensuring that the relationship we have with any of our customers, colleagues, contracts or associates are conducted with high standards of honesty, integrity, openness and professionalism. We apply the same standards to the community in which we live and work.
For MI SECURE being socially responsible goes beyond fulfilling legal responsibilities. It is about how we do business, demonstrating our commitment to health and safety, our people, community and the environment we operate in. Our approach has therefore been developed to take account of our diversity by ensuring wherever we work our same standards and values apply.

CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS
This code applies to all of the operations of MI SECURE and sets out the minimum standards which the company expects from staff in their internal and external dealings with colleagues, customers, and third parties.
Basic Standards of Conduct
- We will conduct every aspect of our business with honesty, integrity and openness, respecting human rights and the interests of our employees, customers and third parties.
- We will respect the legitimate interests of third parties with whom we have dealings in the course of our business.
- We will maintain the highest standards of integrity - for example, we will not promise more than we can reasonably deliver or make commitments we cannot or do not intend to keep.
Employee
- Is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for its employees.
- will strive to create a workplace in which there is mutual trust and respect and where every person feels responsible for the performance and reputation of our company.

Business Integrity
- MI SECURE will never offer, give, seek or receive, either directly or indirectly, inducements or other improper advantages for business or financial gain and no employee may offer, give, seek or receive any gift or payment which is, or could be construed as, such. If an employee is in any doubt as to whether he or she may accept an offer, that employee should discuss the issue with his or her manager.
- MI SECURE accounting and other records and supporting documents must accurately describe and reflect the nature of the underlying transactions.
- No undisclosed or unrecorded account, fund or asset will be established or maintained.
Conflicts of Interest and Confidentiality
- All MI SECURE employees are expected to avoid personal activities and financial interests, which could conflict with their responsibilities to Morgen Industries.
- MI SECURE employees and consultants must not seek gain for themselves or others through misuse of their positions or company property.
- Information received by anyone in the course of his or her employment must not be used for personal gain or for any purpose other than that for which it was given.
- Where information is confidential, that confidentiality must be respected.

MI SECURE provides the ultimate service in the confidential destruction of documents, offering advice on the most secure method of disposing of your digital equipment by preventing accidental or illegal use of sensitive information.
Electronic Waste (E-Waste) is the fasted growing problem facing in the United States and globally. Studies by the EPA shows that E-Waste constitutes more than 4% of the municipal solid waste being produces with the growth volume being 2 to 3 times faster than any other waste stream.
MI SECURE is fully committed to not only the destruction of data but going beyond to beak down the elements to the finest degree and than going through the recycling process.
Residue is recycled to brokers certified by the EPA and who meet all Federal guidelines. They will finalize the process of smelting down and than reusing and introducing this material back into the market place. |
